Services and Approval
CKE Lawn Care, LLC provides lawn care, landscaping, seasonal cleanups, and property maintenance. Work is performed according to the scope and pricing accepted by the customer. Additional work requires customer approval and may involve additional charges.
Scheduling and Access
Scheduling is subject to weather, property conditions, and equipment availability. Customers will be notified of schedule changes when possible. Customers must provide safe access to work areas, secure pets, and remove personal items and pet waste before service.
Estimates and Payments
Prices, payment deadlines, and billing arrangements are stated in the customer’s quote, service agreement, or invoice. Changes in service frequency, excessive growth, or additional work may affect pricing and will be communicated before work begins. Service may be suspended for overdue balances.
Cancellations and Changes
Customers should notify us as soon as possible to cancel, reschedule, or change services. Specific terms in an accepted quote or service agreement apply to that work.
Property Concerns
Customers should identify known hazards, concealed obstacles, and vulnerable property features before work begins. Please report service concerns or suspected property damage promptly so we can review and address them.
Text Messaging Terms
With your consent, CKE Lawn Care, LLC may send text messages regarding inquiries, estimates, appointments, scheduling, service updates, invoices, and customer support.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase services.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. You may receive a final message confirming your request.
